CHLOE ROCHE

Chloe Roche is a certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant through the Baby Sleep Consultant NZ Training Program, with a background in paediatric health as an AHPRA-registered Oral Health Therapist. Holding a Bachelor of Oral Health and a Certificate in Adult & Tertiary Education, Chloe spent years working across rural and remote Western Australia with WA Dental Health Services, supporting thousands of families from farming, FIFO, mining and fishing communities.

Throughout her career, one issue consistently surfaced: exhausted parents struggling with children who weren’t sleeping well.

In 2020, during the COVID pandemic, Chloe became a mother herself while living in a remote WA town. After experiencing chronic sleep deprivation, postnatal depression and anxiety following the birth of her first baby, she sought support for her son’s sleep — and the transformation it had on her family was life-changing.

That experience became the foundation of Sleep Again.

Today, Chloe is passionate about helping families achieve the restorative sleep they need to thrive through realistic, evidence-based sleep support tailored to each child’s temperament and each family’s values. She is especially passionate about supporting mothers and families living remotely, including FIFO/DIDO households, who are often carrying the mental and physical load of parenting with limited support.

Chloe is now a proud stay-at-home mother of three young children and lives in Central Queensland.
