Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Sleep Again to the client in relation to our infant and child sleep consultancy services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer guidance and support on infant and child sleep through customised sleep plans, consultations, follow-up support, and educational resources. Our advice is based on research, training, and professional experience but is not a substitute for medical advice.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your child’s health, sleep habits, and environment.

  • Follow safe sleep guidelines according to Red Nose Australia’s recommendations Red Nose Safe Sleeping Recommendations | Red Nose Australia and medical advice from your healthcare provider.

  • Implement the sleep plan consistently and communicate openly about progress or concerns.

  • Be ready for the change in improving your child’s sleep habits and hygiene.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Our services do not replace professional medical advice or treatment. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. You must consult your paediatrician or healthcare provider before beginning any sleep training program, especially if your child has a medical condition.

If there are changes to your child’s medical status during our consultation period, this must be raised with the sleep consultant and outlined factually and fully.

5. Payment and Refunds

  • All fees must be paid in full before services are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed, or the sleep plan delivered.

  • Refunds for unused services (e.g., follow-up support) may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

  • If Sleep Again sleep consultants deem any client behaviour as disrespectful, they may cease consulting at their own discretion and offer a refund dependant on stage of support.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at our discretion subject to availability.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session.

7. Follow-up and Support

  • Support via e-mail or phone is available as specified in your selected package.

  • We endeavour to send your child’s individualised sleep plan to you within 24hours of your consultation appointment.

  • We endeavour to respond to messages within 12 hours but availability may vary on weekends or holidays.

  • Contact outside of package specifications will incur additional fees.

  • Sleep Again is not responsible for responding to messages over social media unless the conversation has been initiated by Sleep Again.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

All information shared is confidential and used solely for providing the best support to you and your child. We will not share your personal information without your consent unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (e.g., sleep plans, guides, handouts) are the intellectual property of Sleep Again and are for personal use only. They may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that Sleep Again is not liable for any injuries, issues, or unintended outcomes that may result from implementing the sleep advice provided. Outcomes vary based on each child’s needs and consistency of implementation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
