Baby not sleeping?

‘Four-month sleep regression'?
We dread this regression but the wakefulness and ‘catnapping’ that accompanies it means your baby’s sleep cycles have matured. Usually, these behaviours are a sign that your baby is developmentally ready to learn to independently settle to sleep and find their own unique way of self-soothing.
Frequent night wakes? Messy days? ‘Catnapping’?
If your baby is waking throughout the night outside of age-appropriate feed times and is signalling to you to help them return to sleep, they are not getting the deep restorative sleep they need to thrive...and neither are you.
‘Catnapping’ and days that are all over the shop due to non-restorative naps are usually the result of fragmented night sleep, too long or short windows of awake time and the inability to link sleep cycles too! We can support your baby to get the sleep they physically and developmentally need by helping them learn independent settling-skills.
Fussy eating? ‘Snack’ feeding?
Is your toddler, child or baby fussy with their solid food, but feeding during the night? Chances are they are ‘reverse-cycling’ and receiving most of their calories during their night feeds which decreases their appetite during the day. Poor sleep for our children will also see them losing their appetite and demonstrating signs of fussy eating the older they get.
Early mornings? Difficult bedtimes?
The behaviours associated with tricky bedtimes and early rising are the biggest tell-tale signs sleep problems are at play! I love supporting parents to create healthy sleep boundaries for our little ones, from very young babies to our smart and sassy five-year-olds. Education about sleep science is key, because timing for sleep and optimising the sleep environment is everything!

Sleep Again Signature Package: Children aged three months to five-years

Sleep Again NEWBORN Package: Newborn babies ages three to twelve weeks
two weeks of sleep support

- 45-minute video consultation 
- Individualised sleep plan for your newborn in the form of a PDF document 
- 2 x 15-minute follow-up phone calls after the plan is implemented- the times/days for these will be arranged at the initial phone consult appointment. These calls are perfect for troubleshooting, guidance and celebrating achieving your sleep goals. 
Sleep Again Quick-FIX CONSULTATION:
- Sleep & medical questionnaire 
- 30-minute video consultation - Perfect for those who have implemented sleep training for their little one in the past and are looking for some advice regarding re-emerging sleep problems, nap and feeding routines, settling technique support, early wakes and other troubleshooting for sleep.

      $50 per 15-minute phone call to be used within one month of implementing your child’s prescribed sleep plan. This is the perfect opportunity to receive further guidance, cheerleading, tweaks and troubleshooting assistance from Chloe.

      $200.00/hour (price includes travel within 50km of Wandal, Rockhampton) No extra cost for home visits for multiples. 
- 
      
        
      
      This two-hour home visit is the perfect option for those who would love some guidance and support for nap training at the lunch nap. Chloe will coach you through the nap training process and provide guidance as to how to best support your child to master the consolidation of the lunch nap. Morning nap training option is available for all babies between four and ten months.

      During this one-hour home visit, Chloe will demonstrate settling your newborn baby using the prescribed settling technique according to your newborn’s Sleep Plan. She will also assess the sleep environment and make any suggestions as to how to optimise it for sleep. 
- 
      
        
      
      This three-hour home visit from Chloe is the premium opportunity to be personally guided and supported through the beginning of the first night of your Sleep Plan during the initial settle at bedtime. In most cases, this is the most challenging part of the plan and Chloe will coach you as you support your child through the process of learning to independently fall asleep.
